With a heavy heart, the Board of Shareholders, Board of Directors, and Management of Sonnard officially announce that Sonnard will enter its End of Service period on:

August 31st, 2026

After this date, all Sonnard services, operations, facilities, and business activities will no longer be available until an undetermined time.

This decision was not made lightly. Sonnard has grown from a vision into a multi-sector company that served Los Santos through dedication, professionalism, and trust. However, due to internal considerations and the current direction of the company, we have decided to suspend all operations across every division.

Which services will be affected?

The End of Service will apply to all Sonnard divisions, including:

• Sonnard Autoworks — Automotive workshop and vehicle services

• Sonnard Agri-Resources — Agricultural and farm operations

• Le Soiree — Restaurant and hospitality services

• Sonnard Logistic — Transportation and logistics operations

• Sonnard Marketplace — Marketplace and commercial trading services

• Sonnard Online-Order — Online ordering and delivery services

Starting from August 31st, 2026, these services will no longer operate or accept new business activities.

Will Sonnard return in the future?

At this moment, the company cannot provide a confirmed date or guarantee regarding Sonnard’s return. Any future updates, restructuring plans, or reactivation of services will be announced through official company channels.

What happens to employees, customers, and business partners?

We extend our deepest appreciation to every employee, customer, partner, and citizen who has supported Sonnard throughout its journey.
